We offer Yoga, Pilates, Self-defense, children’s movement, wellness workshops, and motherhood support — all under one roof. No intimidation. No pressure. Just community, growth & connection.

Rooted Wellness Club was created from a very personal place. During my own journey through pregnancy and early motherhood, I realized how difficult it could be to find connection. I was fortunate to eventually build a wonderful village around me, but in the beginning it often felt isolating. There wasn’t one place where new moms, expecting moms, or women in the same season of life could simply show up, move their bodies, and meet each other. Over the years I would imagining what that space could look like. A place where women could find movement, education, & community.
Rooted Wellness Club was built to be that space. My hope is that when you walk through the doors, you feel exactly what the name represents —grounded, supported, & rooted.

Rooted Wellness Club welcomes mothers and babies. Many of our classes allow little ones to be nearby so moms can move, breathe, and reconnect without needing childcare.

Our space was created specifically with you in mind for— women navigating real life. From pregnancy to postpartum, career focused, family oriented, and everything in between.

With intentionally smaller class sizes, our instructors are able to support each member while creating a welcoming environment where friendships and community can grow.

It’s about creating space — space to breathe, to grow, and to feel supported through every season of life. Our studio was built around three simple ideas that guide everything we offer.

Movement should strengthen the body while also supporting the mind and nervous system. Our classes are designed to help women reconnect with their bodies through yoga, Pilates, self-defense, and restorative movement.
Whether you are building strength, recovering postpartum, or simply looking for a moment to slow down, movement at Rooted is meant to feel supportive, approachable, and sustainable.

Wellness shouldn't be something we navigate alone. Rooted Wellness Club was created to help women find connection — whether that means meeting other expecting mothers, building friendships with fellow moms, or simply seeing familiar faces each week in class. Community is not something that happens automatically. It grows through shared experiences, support, and time spent together.

Women move through many seasons of life — pregnancy, postpartum, recovery, career demands, motherhood, and personal growth. Rooted was designed to support women through all of it. Through classes, support groups, and wellness workshops, our goal is to create a space where women feel encouraged, understood, and supported.
